The purpose of the work was to determine the conditions ensuring the launchless launch of the rocket and space carrier (RKN) "Rokot". To determine the conditions of the unstressed start, a statistical simulation of the process was carried out, taking into account the probabilistic deviations of the parameters of the ILV and launch facilities, as well as external influences and initial start conditions.
